Skill Level: The Picnic Roll-Up consists only of straight lines. It's considered an "advanced beginner" skill level, appropriate for those with basic sewing skills. Help from an adult is encouraged for some steps. 
 
Skills involved: cutting & marking fabric, sewing at an accurate seam allowance, pinning, topstitching, leaving an opening, hand sewing. Many of these techniques are demonstrated in video tutorials on our Sewcabulary page.
 
Finished dimenions: 10.5" wide x 14" tall (open)
 
This is a digital pattern that you can download to your computer and print on your home printer. The file will contain a description, supply list, cutting layout, illustrated instructions and all the pattern pieces to print and assemble.
