COVID-19 Update:
We are committed to providing a safe camp experience for all staff and campers. Please view our comprehensive Safety Plan, including daily screening protocols, here:
Cancellation and Refunds
A student withdrawn after the start of any program (schoolyear class, vacation camp, or summer camp) will not be issued a refund. Butcher's Sew Shop may cancel a camp week or program at any time. In the event Butcher's Sew Shop cancels a camp week, campers will be offered a new date to attend or a refund/credit for their camp week. Special circumstances where a refund may not be issued include loss of camp day due to severe weather conditions causing Butcher's Sew Shop to shut down and close temporarily.

Lost or Left Items
Butcher's Sew Shop is not responsible for personal items left behind in the studio. If your child left a sewing project, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find and hold it for up to one week.
Age Policy
We have carefully structured our teaching curriculum around different age groups in order to meet the unique needs and skill levels of children in various developmental stages. If we discover that a child was registered under a false birth date without our knowledge in order to change their age for admittance into a particular class or camp, we reserve the right to terminate or transfer their registration. We request that you leave class space open for children who do meet our age criteria.
Behavioral Dismissal
If a child is behaving in a manner that threatens their safety or the safety of other students, or impedes our teachers ability to instruct and care for the rest of the group, Butcher's Sew Shop reserves the right to call the guardian and dismiss that child from class. If the same behavioral issue occurs twice, we reserve the right to terminate that child's registration for the remainder of the session or season.
