Get ready to stitch! Butcher's Sew Shop Junior's afterschool and weekend program, voted Best of Philly® by Philadelphia Magazine in 2019, encourages creative risk-tasking in a welcoming environment. Each session explores the art of sewing in innovative ways, but beyond that, your child will make new friends, learn practical skills and discover the magic that comes from creating something with their own two hands.

Afterschool pickup is available at select neighborhood schools. Other students may be dropped off at the start of class. We follow the schedule set by the School District of Philadelphia for holidays, closures and early dismissals. See below for dates and pickup locations.

Please note that we typically close registration 48 hours before the start date of class to allow us to finalize our pickup schedule with staff. Contact us if it is past this cut-off as we may still be able to accommodate your child's registration.
